We use Multimedia Connector for Skype for Business and when we make a outbound call the SfB conference starts and calls the agent but the WDE client automatically answers the calls using the SfB client installed on the same PC as WDE. Anyone know how to disable this so the agent can answer the call on any SfB client (Polycom Phones, etc) ?
