We have observed that the WFM creates a new folder for saving each reports into the defined path . ... Is there any standard formart that WFM use while creating these folders.? Because I observe every folder has a name of the type:
7-20171117151107
8-20170206132724
15-20170207073239
So, the client was not able to identify his report when look it for into the defined path.
Can I customize the name of that folders and files they contains?

Folder name is a combination of the report id and the timestamp of generation as below:

<report id>-<date/time stamp - yyyymmddhhmiss>

Based on your examples, this would be:

7-20171117151107 - report id 7, generated at 15:11:07 on 17th Nov 2017
8-20170206132724 - report id 8, generated at 13:27:24 on 6th Feb 2017
15-20170207073239 - report id 15, generated at 07:32:39 on 7th Jul 2017

The report id is the database id that is assigned to reports as they are saved. It's not something you can see in the interface. If you need to see the id's allocated to each scheduled report, you'd need to either look in the WFM database or they should also be visible in WFM Daemon logs as it periodically checks scheduled reports and which (if any) need to be run.
