  • 1.  GIR recording problem

    Hi

    We have a recording problem. This is exactly MOH issue.
    If you listen to the recorded file after the call is finished, the silence is saved from the beginning, but the sound is recorded from the moment after press the hold button(Music On Hold) on the phone.
    What settings cause this problem? I want to record from immediately after connecting the agent.

    Below is a list of currently installed program versions.

          Stat Server : 8.5.108.15
          Recording Processor Script : 8.5.070.64

    Is the caller and agent able to hear eachother when the call is established? Do you have a firewall in the network?
