  • 1.  Call transfer not working

    We have an issue for one particular skill that when agents from skill A want to have connection with the skill B at the moment calls are already waiting on skill B  the call lands back on the the skill A

    When no calls are already waiting in skill B the there is no issue and call transfers successfully .

    Please help

    Seems like routing issue - so, check your routing logic
