    Hello everyone, if we change the syntax of the IVRAppDefault application, it can affect the handling of the calls, since I am receiving messages 500 server internal error "The application could not be fetched or parsed"

    What is the new IVR profile name? Did you check why the profile cannot be parsed?

    The name is IVR_App_Default, validate and is provoked when they mark an unrecognized DN from the WDE
