  • 1.  Re-Activating Termed Agents

    We are currently using version 8.1.300.47 and have noticed that when we mark an agent as terminated and update their term date, we can no longer find them in WFM if they come back to the business. We can still see them in Config Utility and uncheck the term date but we cannot find them in WFM to re-hire them. Is there a way to do this in WFM as not all of our staff has access to Config Utility?

    Please check the "ShowTerminatedAgents" option in your WFM Web Application Object.  If this does not resolve, please open a Support Case so that we can investigate.
