  • 1.  2 minute latency between 2 stats

    Hi I am new to CCPulse and working on some defects with testers. 

    I am using 2 stats:

    AbandCallsPercentage:
    Category:RelativeNumberPercentage
    Subject:DNAction
    MainMask:CallAbandoned
    RelMask:CallDistributed, CallAbandoned
    Insensitivity:2
    Notification Frequency:60
    Notification Mode: TimeBasedNotification

    TotalNumberCallsAband
    Category:TotalNumber
    Subject:DNAction
    MainMask:CallAbandoned
    Insensitivity:1
    Notification Frequency:60
    Notification Mode: TimeBasedNotification

    However the TotalNumberCallsAband stat is updated only after 1-2 minutes after the AbandCallsPercentage stat is updated. 

    Can you please tell me what setting to change in order for both to be updated at same time and also why its doing it ?

    You can try to set the Notification Frequency from 60 to 2 for both statistics.
