  • 1.  No queues are configured in "My interaction Queues" WDE ,

    I added the queues to the filter on the object in CME but when I logged into WDE for one agent I can see the queues and for another I cant .Is there anything I m missing ,Please advise.

    Are there any privileges I m missing.
    Please let me know.

    Hello,

    check the assigned role privileges or whether the person belongs to right role (based on access group or direct link).
