Hi All,

Do you know the advantages Pros and Cons of Pulse over CCpulse. Ofcourse i have gone through the Tech Tutorial 94 (Pulse 8 5 Best Practices and Common Questions). But i need to describe to customer to go on with Pulse. 

Some Cons of Pulse over CCpulse are:
1. Refresh Time is minimum 10 Sec(Where as in CCPulse it is 2 sec).
2. Colour customization are limited to 3 colours.

There have been a lot of questions from several customers whether or not Pulse was covering all capabilities of CCPulse
Pulse 8.5 is NOT completely equivalent to CCPulse+,  consider it a complement to the thick client for those users requiring Web access
 CCPulse+ an operational monitoring thick client, some similar functionality, additional with each release
Role based permissions for dashboard interactions and object access
Basic threshold management per widget
Access to stat server all statistics all media
Statistic wizard
