    Hello,

    in Pulse there is the possibility to define a custom formula for calculating a statistic value (for example for the SLA). Is there any option / possibility to do the same for the contact center statistics in WDE?

    On WDE there is no possibility to use formulas as can be used within CCP+.

    You'd have to try and create a custom stat on the stat server itself to try and get the value.
