i am trying to deploy the genesys adminstrator and i followed the deployment steps, but when i open the browser the homepage of GA doesn't appecomplete, it lacks some components, and i cant access it and don't know how to fix it?aer

Do you get the same behavior in other browsers?

my system has the GA requirements, and the same issue still appear on Chrome, firefox and ie.
i will try to reinstall it and see what happens since i am not able to determine what is wrong.
thanks anyway and i will write down here the feedback after the reinstallation.

It seems/points to incorrect configuration/procedure on IIS level.

i reinstalled the GA and i made sure that all the components connections are right and working and this problem still exists,
the documentation mention a thing about MIME to verify the correct configuration of the IIS, but i can't find this MIME icon in my IIS.

do you think this what cause this issue? and if it does how to fix it? 

the issue was that i didn't choose the right .net framework version

GA requires version starts with 2. but i assumed that the chosen 4. will do since it is a later version

also the MIME icon wasn't there so i installed the "static content role" in the IIS
