    What do you exactly mean? What is your scenario? If you are using URS-centric mode for IVR application, you easily map the userdata via option "userdata-map-filter".

    Thanks for your response, We are not making use of URS as per the business need and the scenario is an Agent conference into an IVR application along with the customer on line and we need to grab his ID in order to go forward with the backend integration work. Is there a way I can grab the ID of Agent who has initiated this conference into an IVR application?. Thanks in advance.
