Hi, 

We are trying to customize the WDE application. Mainly we are trying to capture the event when agent is working on a workitem. At present we are able to capture the event for accept , reject, move to workbin. 

However, we are unable to capture the event for workitem mark done and workitem transfer. Entire code has been uploaded into FTP. So, waiting for your earliest reply.
