Programmatically, I have a 10 digit number I need to prepopulate the Consult drop down control within the Interaction Window. I figured out how to pre-populate the filter box but I cannot figure out how to make the drop down to open. Right now the Agent must click the Consult drop down control to see the pre-populated 10 digit number and then click the dial button.
How would you make the Consult Drop Down Control open programmatically?
