    Yes. It's important to read the documentation.  There is an example of customizing these buttons here:  https://docs.genesys.com/Documentation/GCB/8.5.0/Developer/CustomUIExamples

    Thanks for the answer, but i refer to add a new button different of chat or cobrowse, for other media contact as email, webcallback, webrtct, etc.is possible?
