    How can we collect Genesys current states and how do we know to which schedule state groups they may be combined?
    I have not found procedure for setting adherence rules.
    Is that one of you, would have written this procedure and could pass it to me so I understand the mechanism?

    You would set up the schedule state groups in Configuration Utility. That is where you would define what states are considered in adherence and out of adherence.
