    Good morning Genesys team, I am unable to find Install media for Genesys IVR Interface Option 8.5.x and associated IVR SDK 8.5.x
    Can you help us locate this memdia please?

    I guess these IP are only for release 8.1. To make sure contact your Genesys representative.

    Thanks - Have just downloaded 8.5 Docs for the IVR Interface Option and IVR SDK (XML) - will contact Genesys Rep to get this software.
