Dear Experts,

I'm a fresh on genesys and I'm facing a problem that I need find out the data source of WFM Agent States Report(in WFM adherence).I found the database that WFM DAP point to, unfortunately, I can't find the exact table or view.
Could anyone give me some advice that where can I find the table that record detailed agent states or the mechanism that how wfm generate the Agent states report?

Hi Neil,

Not sure if that info is stored in the WFM db directly but even if it was, I'd still be going to Infomart for detailed info like this. Get yourself into there and look for tables along the lines of res_state_fact.
