URGENTLY NEED HELP ESPECIALLY FROM THOSE WHO deployed Business Edition Promise Solution, and use the "Parameters Group" to play announcements(emergency, special-day, out of office hours announcements) to inbound calls.
i am deploying the BEP solution in HA...three machines(g1-core-p, g1-db-p, and g1-ui-p as primary) and (g2-core-p, g2-db-p, and g2-ui-p as backup) on 6 windows 2012 virtual machines
the only thing that works is the greetings, but whenever the special-day, emergency, and out of office hours conditions applies...these announcements doesn't play, instead it keeps ringing.....so i tried to figure out what is the issue from the logs but i couldn't.
