    In the GAX (Genesys Application Extension), the sheet "Agenti" (Agent) GAX stops responding while loading the agent list, leaving us all the time waiting, 
    and obviously we are also unable to perform an export of the agent.

    Did you check the logs? What is the used GAX version? Try to be more specific..
