The standard paid hours for most of our agents are 07:06 and 35:30 for a week. When they get at time off day it counts as 07:00 hours and not 07:06. This happens even though the time off rule is set to count 07:06, and in a published scheudle and un-published schedule.
When they get registered with a whole day exception it count the correct time.
Can you pleas tell me why?

Just to clarify a couple things, the standard hours of 07:06 / day & 35:30 / week are defined in the contract settings? And "the time off rule is set to count 07:06" is in the accrual rules or the 'Paid hours in full-day time off' field?

Can you also advise which version of WFM you are using?

Yes, 07:06 and 35:30 is set as standard paid hours in the contract, and 07:06 is set as paid hours in the time off rule.
I can also mention that we are using preferences in our planning. The agents can chose shifts in the week days, but not in the weekends, they are set from a rotating pattern.
The version we use are 8.1.300.09 in the configuration utility and 8.1.300.46 in the WFM web.
