    the Workspace desktop is showing the below buttons as inactive which prevents me from accessing the functionalities of the Workspace
    any help to solve this issue?...make the  user buttons active

    This can be caused by many factors. As the general I recommend to check if :
    • your agent is logged into any channel (voice, email, etc.)
    • your place is configured properly

    i didn;t set the connections between the workspce application object and the SIP server and STAT server in the object configuration.

    i did the connections and the workspace worked just fine.

    When logging in uncheck the default place usage and after logging in exit WDE. then try to re-check the use default place to log in.
