    hi,
    customer wants to create large contact center over 2000 agetns, 30 calls per seconds. SIP Server
    according to framework deployment guide, just show up middle-size contact center,
    how to architec in this case?
    (how many hardware, how to seperate genesys component, sip server, sip proxy, and so on)

    This is a community forum which focuses on specific issues.
    You're asking instead help to design a whole environment, that clearly cannot be done with a few lines (it would be too easy otherwise, wouldn't it?).
    Engage a Genesys architect.
