  • 1.  Implement Outbound Preview Mode

    Hi,
    I trying to implement Outbound solution with Preview dialing mode, however I can't get it to work.

    Currently I found the below:

    1- In OCS logs, there is only one warning as follows:

    2- In IWS, there are no campains shown int he "My Campaigns" tab:
     

    I'm using OCS 8.1.1, SIP 8.1.1, stat server 8.1.200.27, IWS 8.5.114.10, MCP 8.1.504.93, RM 8.1.502.86, GA 8.1.307.02

    It looks like bad configuration, try to follow the deployment steps carefully. It should be on campaign level (connection to the sip, outgoing trunk, etc.) or SIP server configuration (trunk group level, etc.)

    Thank you Jakub for the quick response. I will go through the OCS deployment guide again (I already went through the steps multiple times but the document doesn't have details about the required configuration for the preview dialing mode, it's mainly focusing on other modes).

    if you can help, can you confirm whether GVP is required for the "Preview" dialing mode?

    GVP is not required for this type of campaign mode.

    Have you already loaded and started a champaign ?
