Actually the thing is we have around 5-6 sites connected to our main site which has the Master Config with Reporting and eServices, All other sites has their own set of applications like CS Proxy, SCS, SIP, MS, URS, SM, GVP etc… There are some sites as well where we do not use GVP but uses the Reporting components from Main Site.
We are in a phase of adding new sites into our environment so we are curious to know if anyone has done bandwidth studies on their Genesys Traffic. If so what sort of calculations has been done (if any) to determine the amount of Bandwidth particular Genesys platform is eating?
