  • 1.  Business Edition Premise (BEP) routing parameters issue

    i am configuring the Business Edition Premise routing parameters and the Announcements for the defined special day and closed day is not playing...instead it just gives ringing without playing any audio file.
    i tried all the scenarios and i can't find the reason that make these announcement don't play.

    note: does the audio files format and attributes may be the reason?

    What say logs? Try to provide detail information about your founds from the analysis. No one has magic ball to figure it out.
