Is it possible when the cobrowse chat is closed, automatically redirect to the survey link and pass the customer data?

In the documentation of the API we could not find anything about it.

 

I guess there are no out-of-box option how to achieve that. But you can use the "onSessionEnded" method to determine the session end and redirect the client to the survey on your own way.

How can I get the customer data? I try with session.getUserData but not work



 

Did you get sorted?  We have Genesys CX survey  integration "out of the box" if you need it.
