  • 1.  No queues are configured in "My interaction Queues" WDE

    Hello All,

     We are looking to Map our non-monitored interaction queues (Spam Email, Exculded Email) to Display in Team leads WDE. We have configured the interaction filter and corresponding roles & Previllage. But Every time we click on "My Interaction Queues" It says "No Interaction queues are configured". Would request to please share what i am missing.

    Hello,

    did you add the name of the filters to the option on WDE application object? You have to refer the application to use the created filters.

    You need to add your filter names on the specific option in WDE application object. All the filter names in a comma seperated list.
