Hello All,
We are looking to Map our non-monitored interaction queues (Spam Email, Exculded Email) to Display in Team leads WDE. We have configured the interaction filter and corresponding roles & Previllage. But Every time we click on "My Interaction Queues" It says "No Interaction queues are configured". Would request to please share what i am missing.
