    I am using Adobe Audition to format .WAV files for announcements. I am trying upload a wav file as an Audio resource for announcements in GAX. What is the proper format the file needs to be in?

    PCM encoding

    PCM 16 bits MONO, 8K sample rate. Sample rate is critical!

    I appreciate the responses. Rodrigo- I have that configured on one of my WAV files and it is still no accepted.
