  • 1.  SIP Server option to set Agent Not ready on login

    We have a group developing a desk Top using the SDK. When they logon, the agent is ready.  They cannot get the agent in a Not Ready State fast enough.

    I thought there was a T-Server option tcahat sets agents Not Ready on Login.
    I cannot find this.
    Sip Server 8.1.102.52

    Found the Answer
    In options
    emulated-login-state = ready
    Change to not-ready
