Image viewer in Interaction Workspace

    Hello,
    We need to have the ability to view images in Interaction Workspace (not just text emails).
    What view(s) need to be replaced in order to change the out-of-the-box text HTML viewer in Interaction Workspace to a new custom image viewer (custom user control)?
    Are there more than one interface that needs to be replaced?
    How can I execure the interaction activities deom the new image viewer (such as Reply, complete)?
