  • 1.  IVR Action data not appears on a Historical Call browser report download

    In a Historical Call browser report, when i download the results ti only appears a "Custom Variables" column instead of the "IVR Action" column. This Custom Variables column only contains the Custom Variables information but not the IVR Action info.

    I want to download all information, IVR Action and Custom variables, how can i do that?

    I do not think so it is part of the report by default. I think you have to mark the specific record and than download.

    In general, I strongly suggest get the data from reporting server via public API and consume it in your own client

    Thanks for the feedback, in fact im using data analitics directltly to reporting server database, but i have troubles with tables corelations

    Do you have the tables that conform this report? (Historical calls, IVR Action info and Custom variables info).
