I am using the platform SDK to query the config server for information about the various components of our Genesys environment. I am getting back the components without issue; interactions servers, t-servers, media servers, etc...
I would like to know if it is possible to query the config server for connectivity information between these components. I would like to be able to produce a map showing the components and the systems that they are running on.
Is it possible to get this data and if so, can you provide me with some information that might help me?
