  • 1.  Unable to fetch aggregated data from certian period from CCPulse

    We are unable to fetch Aggregated data from CCPulse from a certain time period whereas we can pullout No aggregation reports.

    While pulling out daily, hourly, weekly or any other agreegated data we are recieving error as " View cannot be constructed"

    We have checked chunks are getting transfered.
    we have restarted the Reporting solutions then also same issue

    Hi Shrikant,
    In order to properly assist with this issue, I would like for you to open a Case with Customer Care.  We will need to review your configuration and logs in order to determine what exactly is causing the problem.  So, can you please open a Case on this and upload a screen shot of the error as well as your Data Sourcer logs and CCPulse configuration?
