I would suggest opening a support case for further investigation and log analysis. To help expedite resolution I would provide the following information:
- MCP Startup log (this will allow us to see configuartion)
- MCP debug log containing the error
- External grammars in question
- Elaborate on scenario (i.e. are you using legacy interpreter or NGI?)
