Hi! Within agent bidding in WFM 8.5, what are the advantages or differences of having agents identify their “unwanted” shifts versus just ranking all of their shifts in order of preference within the “desired” section?

Unwanted shifts will still be considered as available shifts to give to the agent. It is better to choose the shifts wanted, and the ranking of them.
