    Yes.. Userdata can be updated from Agent Desktop

    Thanks Santosh.I tried but not working. There are 2 connections in the scenario, connection 1 is for the inbound to GVP, connection 2 is for bridge transfer to agent, when I tried to update userdata on connection 2, there is no userdataupdate event sent to connection 1.Does it need specific configuration?
