  • 1.  getting error in GetData event in NGI IVR

    Hi, 

    I am  reeiving a below error  while sending request for GetData.
    Result=FAILURE&reason=NoMatch&Action=UserDataResp&Sub_Action=GetData&

    sending below command

    namelist="Action keyName1 keyName2"/>
                <gvp:receive maxtime="100s" />

    Please help if i am doing some mistake.

    It means, that the searched KVP has not been founded within current UserData context.
