    Hi,
    CCpulse ranking and StatServer listing.

    To enable access and workspace creation for users designer/administrator access is required but we don't want users to be able to be able to set up workspaces against statservers used for other solutions (e.g. wfm or routing) - how best can be limit the access to the stat servers set up for reporting purposes only ?

    Just remove the access permission on specific components or folders for these users.

    Hi Sue,
    As Jakub said, you will need to be sure that the person object in CME does not have any Call Center Pulse related rank assigned.
    Moreover, for a Genesys user to be able to use a certain application, the user will need at least Read & Execute rights on that application object.
    If, for example, you want to prevent a Genesys user from seeing or using a StatServer (for example, Universal Routing StatServer, which is critical to your business), you can configure the user to have no access to that StatServer object.
