    This SIP Server configuration option only works when the call is received on SIP server, how about calls received on TServer (CUCM)? Is it possible to use ORS routing strategy to detect the disconnect event?

    Hello Sean:

    This is not possible. The option 'after-call-divert-destination' is indeed a SIP Server option, and as noted in the Guide, is supported only in
    single-site deployments. So the Agent must also be logged into the SIP Server (same site) as the call.
