  • 1.  Why can't I see Route Points in Queue KPI Widget

    I am adding the Queue KPI widgit to my dashboard. On the object seletion tab of the widgit, I only see my DN Groups. I cannot get it to show me Queues or routepoints, I try to select the RoutPoint or Queue options from the dropdown list, but I am returned to the DNGroup option. I am logged in with a user that is in the Super Admin group. I can also see any other object type in Pulse. It is only the objects that are located on a switch that I cannot see. Any ideas of what to check?

    A few questions for troubleshooting...

    1) When you are on the first tab, are you selecting the "radio" button "By individual" or "By Group"?
    -In case you select "By Group", are you sure that you have created "Group of Queues, Rointing Points, VQs"?
    -In case you select "By Individual", is the same result? Cannot see objects?

    2) If you go to GA / CME using the same user, does this user see those objects?

    3) Under Pulse Roles, do you have "Pulse Read All Layouts" privilege assigned?

    4) If you login as "default" user, does it work?

    I found that the issue is with the Chrome browser. I am using Chrome 61.0.3163.100. In the chrome browser, selecting an option from the list does not seem to fire the chang event and thus it remains on the current/default choice. I tried using IE 11.608.15063.0 and it workd as expected with no issues.

    Note:
    You may also try to upgrade Pulse to 8.5.108 ( also need upgrade collector to match the first five digits ) and check if it work
    There were an known issue when using chrome that was fixed in this release.
