We have a Salesforce ingretation with Purecloud for our contact center and we are running into the issue of PureCloud creating a new Salesforce Task (Activity) whenever we make a pre-scheduled outbound call, instead of the call updating the task that prompted the outbound call. Our goal is to have PureCloud update a Salesforce Task, not insert a new one very time. Has anyone had any success of being able to update a Task through a Salesforce Activity ID within PureCloud?
