We have two sites with separate PBXs/T-Servers and are interrested in using one campaign for outbound calling. When we have tried this, the outbound call originates at one center, transfers to the other across a TIE line and then the outbound call shows as inbound at the second site. Is there a way to get the call to show as outbound?

This is possible when doing an ISCC transfer from one TServer to another TServer. Depending on the TServer used, there may be some other settings that need to be put in place. So that we can best answer your question, I recommend opening a case with Customer Care and submitting OCS and TServer logs from both sites covering an example of the call flow.
