    General_Email_Template in CCPulse gives the Statistic for Email_Reponded, However this template gives the data for entire Tenant.
    Need an option where, we can assign this statistic at Agent and Agent group level

    If the statistic Object includes Agents and Agent Groups (this can be confirmed in Stat Server application via GA or CME), try modifying the template and select the object Agent and save the template.

    Hi Mahendra,
    As I understand, this statistic is a java based stat and cannot be modified to apply to a different subject.  If this is needed, the best course of action would be to open a Feature Request Case with Genesys Customer Care.  Once logged, you can present this request to our Product Management for the Email reporting templates for consideration.
