What is Que? What do you mean by term "update attached data" exactly? Infomart just uses attached data propagated through the ICON instances as is.

Hi,
In Reporting we need to find how many mails are in Queue,Opened & closed..etc Circle wise.
Attached data is coming for mails which are in Agent workbin & replied mails but we are not getting the Attached data for mails which are in Queue
