  • 1.  Genesys.Receiver.WARNING on NICE IC

    Hello,

    NICE is recording from SIP Server on passive configuration. For keep alive,NICE IC is sending RequestRegisterAddress to SIP each 10 minutes
    NICE IC stops sending RequestRegisterAddress, but 30 sec before, on NICE logs shows the following:

    21/01/16 10:23:18.612 | DEBUG2          | 22D4     | Genesys.Receiver.WARNING  | Queue overflow, trying to increese queue size
    21/01/16 10:23:18.643 | DEBUG2          | 22D4     | Genesys.QueueSupport.WARNING | Can't put to increased queue, removing the oldest elements


    Is possible to increase queue max size?

    Hi Raquel,

    I would recommend to ask for that on Nice forum/support. It seems to be related directly to the NICE solution.
