Hi

Do we know what port needs to be opened on Firewall for communication of Social Media Driver installed on Social Messaging Server to Social Media sites.

Also do we need to open any ports between Agent Desktop ( IWS ) to Social Media sites or all communicvation happens through Social Messaging Server

Along with this we want a call flow diagram of how information from Socail media sites to Social Messaging Server and back.

you should be able to find these information within available documentation related to the specific solution (eServices, WDE, etc.).

In other hand, the ports for communication between SMS and any social media sites should be HTTP or HTTPS. On IWS communication matrix level, the IWS has to be just connected to the IXN (Interaction Server) as the only main component for non-voice interactions. 

All you can find within Genesys or general documentation as well.
