We are facing an issue with the results of the queries. We are doing a comparing between Interactive Insights and Pulse. We know that both working with differents engines and the result can de differente, but also it can be similar, right?
We have found a high rate of abandoned calls in Interactive Insights and Pulse, and the reason is about the information captured. For example: We are obtain data about the customer segment in a variable (user data) named TipoUsuario; this variable can be: Paciente or Entidad, but in the result appears other value DEFAULT_CUSTOMER_SEGMENT; The hight rate of the abandoned calls are DEFAULT_CUSTOMER_SEGMENT and this is creating a discrepancy in the result. This is affecting to the queries in Interactive Insights and Pulse.
Which can be the problem in this case? Which is the procedure to follow?
