  • 1.  SCI details pane showing "The page cannot be displayed" error

    We are trying to install SCI 8.x version in Citrix Server (Windows 2008 R2). But after installation we are getting "The page cannot be displayed" error message. We tried to mirror the Settings followed in the old Citrix Server (Windows 2003). But the problem still persists. Internet explorer version we use is 11.0.

    Need your help in to resolve this.

    What version of SCI did you try to install? The Windows 2008 R2 are support from version 8.0.3. As the virtualization engine, the Ctrinx XenApp 6 is supported only.

    Hi Jakub,

    Thanks for the quick turn around.

    The virtualization engine installed is Citrix XenApp 6.5. We are trying to install SCI of version 8.0.300.15.

    Can you suggest any settings change to overcome this issue?

    Hi Mathan
    I had this problem when SCI was installed on my laptop. I had to update the permissions on the sci.exe in the Program Files to resolve this.

    Hope this works.
