can agent login many virtuals queues?

what do you want to achieve exactly? The agents usually do not logged into VQ, but into ACD queue or similiar object types.

Only VQs no ACD queues.
i want IWS to show VQs statistiques.  i have 1 agent group and to have to VQS 1 for hight users et 1 for others.

So if i login a agent iws ask me to put the vq and only this vq qtatistics will be shown or i need agents to see the 2 vq statistics

I think, it is not possible by default, because the vanilla IWS/WDE does not allow to login into multiple queues at one moment. You can develop your own IWS/WDE module to achieve that or create a feature request to the Genesys to implement this in future versions.

You can use Skills in the agents, and the routing made for Skill.
